In the early hours of a February morning in 1994, the life of 17-year-old Angel Martinez was cut short by a burst of gunfire in Salt Lake City. A Hispanic male, Angel was seated in a car with his 63-year-old grandfather, Thomas Jacobs, outside their residence at approximately 2 a.m. on February 11th.
