On August 15, 2019, at approximately 5 p.m., 33-year-old Alicia Baxter was fatally shot near the intersection of 800 West and North Temple in Salt Lake City, Utah. Witnesses reported that Baxter was engaged in a heated argument with a man identified as Timothy Vaughn, 27, in front of a Wienerschnitzel restaurant.
