On a summer night in Stratford, Connecticut, the life of 20-year-old Noel Gonzalez was tragically cut short. On July 30, 2011, Gonzalez was on the front porch of his home on Barnum Avenue when he was fatally shot. The Hispanic male died from a single gunshot wound to the head. At the time of the incident, he was with friends, and there were also children present on the porch.
