In the early morning hours of January 12, 2019, Eduardo Concepcion, a 30-year-old male, was fatally shot in Stratford, Connecticut. The incident occurred just after 2:15 a.m. on Regency Terrace near Peace Street. Concepcion and another man were sitting in a parked car when they were approached by two males on foot. Following a verbal exchange, one of the approaching men brandished a firearm and fired at least one shot, striking Concepcion.
