Death by Force

He was 28 years old and male. On the evening of September 12, 2014, Milton Castro was shot multiple times near the intersection of Park Street and Hungerford Street in Hartford’s Frog Hollow neighborhood. Police and paramedics were called just after 9 p.m.; officers found him with a fatal gunshot wound to the head, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
