Jakeem Tully, a 15-year-old from Hartford, Connecticut, was tragically shot and killed in the early hours of July 20, 2008. He was standing outside a 24-hour market on Albany Avenue when a vehicle drove by, and someone inside opened fire, hitting him twice—once in the bicep and once in the chest.
