On May 30, 2019, 28-year-old Jordan Je’mar Agnew, a resident of New Haven, Connecticut, was fatally shot in the city's Beaver Hills neighborhood. The incident occurred around 9:15 a.m. near the intersection of Osborn Avenue and Blake Street. Agnew was driving with his 5-year-old nephew when an assailant fired multiple gunshots at his vehicle, striking him and shattering the car's windows.
