Kevin Jiang, a 26-year-old graduate student at Yale University, was tragically killed on February 6, 2021, in New Haven, Connecticut. Born on February 14, 1994, in Seattle, Washington, Jiang pursued a master's degree in environmental science at Yale. He was known for his dedication to community service, volunteering at a homeless shelter and the Trinity Baptist Church. Just a week before his death, on January 30, 2021, he became engaged to Zion Perry, a fellow Yale graduate student.
