A young Birmingham man who dodged a capital murder trial three years ago was gunned down himself Wednesday morning in Birmingham.
Birmingham police midday Wednesday identified the victim as 23-year-old Marlon Arrington. His body was discovered just before 8 a.m. in an alley on 19th Street S.W. with an assault rifle nearby.
