Jose E. Ramirez, a 27-year-old Hispanic / Latino male from Phoenix, Arizona, was killed in the early morning hours of Saturday, August 22, 2015, after gunfire erupted at a house party near 67th Avenue and Windsor. According to local news reports and law-enforcement summaries, officers were called to the home at around 4:00 a.m., where they found Ramirez with multiple gunshot wounds, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
