Murdered

On Saturday, August 22, 2015 at approximately 4:00 a.m., the suspect Fernando Soto-Herrera shot and killed victim Jose Ramirez, in the area of 67th Avenue and Windsor. The victim and suspect were attending a party, where a verbal argument ensued, prior to the shooting. Investigators are seeking any information in this case.

Suspect:
Fernando Martin Soto-Herrera, Hispanic Male, 39 years old, 6'0", 170 pounds, black hair and brown eyes.
