Lora Renae Karras, a 30-year-old female, died on March 19, 2014, at her home in Scranton, Arkansas. She was a mother of three children, working full-time at a Walmart Distribution Center and also attending Arkansas Tech University at Ozark as a student.

Her death was the result of a shooting, an act of gun violence that tragically cut her life short. The incident was particularly harrowing as it was witnessed by three children, aged 15, 11, and 9. In the wake of her death, law enforcement ...
