In the summer of 2015, on July 5th, the life of 32-year-old Cameron S. Johnson, a Black male, was cut tragically short in El Dorado, Arkansas. In the parking lot of the Hillsboro Manor apartment complex, Johnson was found lying face down between two vehicles in a pool of blood.
