On November 20, 2015, at approximately midnight, the Texarkana Arkansas Police Department responded to multiple 911 calls reporting shots fired at the Beacon Point Apartments, located in the 2300 block of Arkansas Boulevard. Upon arrival, officers discovered two deceased individuals: Julian Bolton, 33, found outside an upstairs apartment, and Travon Staten, 22, located inside the apartment.
