On an Easter Sunday in Little Rock, Arkansas, a violent encounter cut short the life of 40-year-old Joshua Loy. The male victim, who was Caucasian, was found in the front yard of a residence in the 11100 block of David O. Dodd Road on the afternoon of April 1, 2018. He had sustained a gunshot wound to his upper body and was in critical condition when law enforcement and emergency medical personnel arrived at the scene around 5:38 p.m.
