On October 18, 2014, at approximately 4 a.m., 52-year-old Terry Milton Lipsmeyer was fatally shot during a home invasion in the 100 block of Rice Street in Little Rock, Arkansas. Two intruders, described as white males dressed in black, entered the residence through a back door. They proceeded to rob Lipsmeyer and other occupants at gunpoint. As the assailants fled, one of them shot Lipsmeyer in the chest, resulting in his death.
