On Saturday, July 27, 2024, Xavier Sanders, a 20-year-old resident of North Little Rock, Arkansas, was fatally shot. The incident occurred in the parking lot of the Rosewood Apartments, located at 6600 Lancaster Road in Little Rock. Southwest Patrol Officers responded to a shooting call at 9:01 p.m. and found Sanders suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Despite attempts by MEMS (Metropolitan Emergency Medical Services) to perform life-saving measures, Sanders died at the scene.
