On October 12, 2022, at approximately 4:45 PM, the Little Rock Police Department responded to a shooting incident at 4423 West 12th Street, a location identified as Flow Mart. Upon arrival, officers discovered two victims, Barry Campbell, 34, and Fredrick Jordan, 65, both residents of Little Rock, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
