Jacqueline Avant, a well-known philanthropist and the wife of music executive Clarence Avant, was tragically killed during a home invasion at her Beverly Hills residence on December 1, 2021. Jacqueline, aged 81, was shot in the early hours of the morning. The Beverly Hills Police Department responded to a call at 2:23 a.m. and found her with a gunshot wound.
