On the night of October 26, 2021, 21-year-old Anthony Jerome Nelson Jr. of North Little Rock was fatally shot in the 5100 block of Asher Avenue in Little Rock, Arkansas. Responding officers found Nelson suffering from gunshot wounds; he was transported to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. His body was subsequently taken to the Arkansas State Crime Lab for an autopsy.
