In the early hours of a Sunday morning in North Little Rock, Arkansas, the life of 28-year-old Michael Cook was tragically cut short. On July 20, 2014, police responded to a report of gunshots and discovered Cook lying in the middle of the street at the intersection of Campbell Road and Whippoorwill Lane.
