On a driveway on South Monroe Street in Little Rock, Arkansas, 34-year-old Frankie Cain Jr., a Black male, was discovered with what appeared to be a gunshot wound to his head on April 23, 2022. When police arrived, they found his body was still moving but he was unresponsive to the officers. Emergency medical personnel arrived at the scene and transported him to a local hospital.
