On the evening of April 24, 2019, at approximately 9:18 p.m., North Little Rock police responded to a shooting incident at a residence in the 4200 block of Coral Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered 60-year-old Ernest McCoy with a gunshot wound to the head. He was immediately transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries the following day.
