On the evening of November 11, 2022, in North Little Rock, Arkansas, a burst of gunfire shattered the ordinary atmosphere of the McCain Mall parking lot. When the North Little Rock Police Department responded to reports of shots fired shortly after 6:30 p.m., they discovered a tragic scene inside a car.
