In the early morning hours of January 30, 2020, the life of 36-year-old Rodney Hart was tragically cut short in El Dorado, Arkansas. A resident of the city, Hart had just returned to his home on Cooper Drive when the fatal encounter unfolded. Neighbors were startled by the sound of gunshots, followed by a woman's desperate screams for someone to call for an ambulance.
