Chino Lovett, a 24-year-old male, was killed in a shooting in El Dorado, Arkansas, on October 24, 2021. The incident led to a capital murder investigation by the Union County Sheriff's Office.
Following the shooting, investigators identified two suspects in connection with Lovett's death. One of the suspects, Le'Vancil 'Slim' Upshaw, was taken into custody.
