On the evening of October 28th, Hall, a resident of El Dorado, was discovered in a vehicle in the White Quarters neighborhood, having been fatally shot. Alongside him was 30-year-old Darrishica Benet Rodgers of North Little Rock, who had also succumbed to gunshot wounds.
