In the autumn of 2018, the community of El Dorado, Arkansas, was shaken by the violent death of 28-year-old Aric D. Hall. On the evening of October 28th, Hall, a resident of El Dorado, was discovered in a vehicle in the White Quarters neighborhood, having been fatally shot.
