On the night of June 15, 2020, 21-year-old African American male Daishun Allen was fatally shot in Little Rock, Arkansas. The incident occurred around 11:20 p.m. at an apartment complex located at 1600 John Barrow Road. Upon arrival, police discovered another victim, 26-year-old Timothy Clemmons, who had sustained a gunshot wound to the buttocks and was transported to UAMS Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
