On September 21, 2020, at approximately 11:41 p.m., Little Rock police responded to a shooting incident on Green Mountain Drive. Upon arrival, officers discovered a gold Cadillac DTS with an Arkansas license plate, which had crashed. Inside the vehicle, they found 41-year-old Christopher Bersett, who had sustained a gunshot wound to his chest. The vehicle had been struck by gunfire multiple times. Medical personnel pronounced Bersett deceased at the scene.
