On a Sunday evening in January 2017, the life of 20-year-old Mashon L. Jackson, a male, was cut short in a burst of gunfire near the intersection of 34th Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive in Little Rock, Arkansas. Officers from the Little Rock Police Department were already in the area attending to another call when they heard the shots ring out.
