In the winter of 2015, a 30-year-old man named Angel Gonzalez was shot and killed in Little Rock, Arkansas, in a tragic turn of events that began with a transaction arranged on social media. The incident, which also left another man critically injured, unfolded on a Saturday night, January 24th, when Gonzalez and his companion, 20-year-old Uriel Costilla-Mata, met with three men they had connected with on Facebook to purchase a firearm.
