On a Saturday afternoon in Little Rock, Arkansas, the life of Bertrand Olander White Jr., a 60-year-old male, was brought to an abrupt and violent end. On November 6, 2021, at approximately 2:00 p.m., officers from the Little Rock Police Department were dispatched to the 3400 block of West 10th Street following reports of a shooting.
