On June 4, 1995, 17-year-old Marcell Young was tragically murdered in Little Rock, Arkansas, alongside her younger siblings, 10-year-old Malak Hussian and 12-year-old Mustafa Hussian. The incident occurred at the home of their mother, Mary Hussian, in southwest Little Rock. The victims were shot execution-style in the head as they lay on the living room floor.
