On a late Tuesday evening in Hot Springs, Arkansas, the life of 45-year-old Salvador Garcia was tragically cut short. On July 21, 2020, officers from the Hot Springs Police Department were dispatched to the Maza Apartments on Central Avenue after receiving a call about a shooting at approximately 11:30 p.m.
