In the early morning hours of Tuesday, November 15, 2022, the life of James Larry Wilkie, a 70-year-old male, was tragically cut short in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Police responded to a call around 8:09 a.m. and arrived at the scene on Penn Street to find Mr. Wilkie deceased. It was apparent that he had sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
