On the evening of July 3, 2019, the life of 28-year-old James David Alan Echols was abruptly ended in a burst of violence outside his home on Cooper Street in Hot Springs, Arkansas. A salesman and a loving husband and father, Echols was in the presence of his wife and three children when he was fatally shot.
