In the summer of 2019, the life of 23-year-old Kenneth 'Lil Kenny' Duane Kelly Jr. was tragically cut short in Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas. On the afternoon of June 13th, officers from the Hot Springs Police Department responded to a call of shots fired at a residence on Portland Street. Inside, they discovered Kelly, who had sustained fatal gunshot wounds in what investigators would come to describe as a homicide.
