In the early morning hours of July 16, 2017, the life of 37-year-old Timothy Edmund Martin was tragically cut short in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Born on November 27, 1979, Timothy, known to many as 'Timmy,' was a father and a well-known figure in his community. He was a graduate of Hot Springs High School and was an employee at National Park Hospital.
