On a summer evening in Little Rock, Arkansas, the life of 22-year-old Kendrick Sisa was tragically cut short. A Black male, Sisa was fatally shot on July 16, 2021, in the parking lot of the Dave & Buster's restaurant located on Bass Pro Parkway. The incident unfolded around 5:30 p.m., a time when many would be enjoying a meal or entertainment, shattering the ordinary atmosphere with the sound of gunfire.
