On August 11, 2024, a tragic incident occurred in Little Rock, Arkansas, resulting in the deaths of 44-year-old Norberto Garcia Cruz and a juvenile. The incident took place at 4023 South Shackleford Road, where Southwest Patrol Officers responded to a check subject call for service at 5:42 p.m. Upon arrival, officers noticed suspicious circumstances and notified the Little Rock Fire Department, which breached the front door.
