Norberto Garcia Cruz, a 44-year-old Hispanic male, was discovered deceased on August 11, 2024, in what became a double homicide investigation in Little Rock, Arkansas. Law enforcement was initially dispatched to a residence located at 4023 South Shackleford Road in the evening to check on the welfare of the occupants. Upon their arrival, patrol officers observed circumstances they deemed suspicious, prompting them to enlist the help of the Little Rock Fire Department to gain entry into the home.
