On December 9, 2021, at approximately 1:00 PM, Miller County deputies responded to a reported shooting at a residence in the 7900 block of Line Ferry Road in Texarkana, Arkansas. Upon arrival, they found 38-year-old Donald R. Haworth Jr. suffering from a gunshot wound to the torso. Emergency medical services transported him to St. Michael Hospital, where he underwent surgery.
