In the quiet, rural landscape of Doddridge, Arkansas, a grim discovery was made on Sunday, January 9, 2022, that left the small community shaken. The bodies of William Edmon Hines, a 49-year-old Caucasian male, and his wife, 52-year-old Lisa Dawn "Sissy" Frost-Hines, were found at a boat ramp on the Sulphur River. The Miller County Sheriff's Office was called to the scene, and what they uncovered pointed to a tragic end for the couple.
