On May 30, 2006, 46-year-old Edith Anne "Anne" Overman-Moore was tragically killed in Omaha, Nebraska. Her death was the result of gun violence, and she was discovered in the basement bathroom of a home, wrapped in a plastic sheet. An autopsy later confirmed that she had died from gunshot wounds.

The investigation into her death led police to James P. Dragon. The connection between law enforcement and Dragon was made after an attorney contacted the Omaha police, stating that Dragon had in ...
