Nomi Herrera, a 19-year-old Caucasian female, was driving in the area of 33rd and Weber Street in Omaha, Nebraska, on the night of October 29, 2020, when she was struck by a gunshot. Officers initially responded to what was reported as a personal injury accident and discovered Herrera inside her vehicle, which had gone off the road. She was suffering from a gunshot wound and was transported to a local hospital. Tragically, Nomi Herrera succumbed to her injuries and passed away the following day, ...
