Nomi Herrera, a 19-year-old Caucasian female, was driving in the area of 33rd and Weber Street in Omaha, Nebraska, on the night of October 29, 2020, when she was struck by a gunshot. Officers initially responded to what was reported as a personal injury accident and discovered Herrera inside her vehicle, which had gone off the road.
