White/Caucasian female Rachel Christine Ham, 32, was found shot to death on the night of May 31, 2017, in Omaha, Nebraska. Police responded around 9:30 p.m. to reports of a disturbance near 16th and Yates, by a homeless encampment just north of downtown. Officers discovered Ham lying in the street with a gunshot wound to the back of her head, and she was pronounced dead at the scene.
