On the late evening of December 18, 2024, a young life was abruptly cut short in Richmond, Virginia. Eighteen-year-old John Kelson Jr. was left at Chippenham Hospital by an unidentified driver who quickly departed the scene. Medical staff discovered that Kelson had sustained a gunshot wound and, despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival at approximately 11:48 p.m.
