On December 11, 2024, at approximately 10:03 p.m., 32-year-old Anthony Lamont Jones was found unresponsive with a gunshot wound at the intersection of Prentis Avenue and Race Street in Portsmouth, Virginia. Emergency responders pronounced him dead at the scene.

Following an investigation, Portsmouth police arrested 26-year-old Rashaad Sincere Wilson in connection with Jones's death. Wilson has been charged with aggravated murder, robbery (carjacking), and possession of a firearm by a c ...Read More
