In the early morning hours of Sunday, July 13, 2025, a dispute at a nightclub on West Birnie Street in Gaffney, South Carolina, ended in the tragic death of 46-year-old Joshua Euron Wood. An argument between Wood and another man escalated to violence, resulting in Wood suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

Following the shooting, Wood was transported by a private vehicle to Cherokee Medical Center at approximately 1:20 a.m. After medical staff stabilized him, he was then taken by ambula ...
