In the summer of 2022, the life of 34-year-old Quentin Eugene McDowell, a Black male from Gaffney, South Carolina, was tragically cut short. On the afternoon of June 14th, police received a distressing call from the Limestone Court Apartments on North Limestone Street. Responding to a report of an individual not breathing, officers entered one of the apartments to find a grim scene.
