Joel Jenkins, a 33-year-old male from Beaumont, Texas, was fatally shot in the early hours of May 13, 2025. The incident occurred at a residence on the 1400 block of Prairie Avenue, following an argument during a game of dominoes. Beaumont police responded to reports of gunfire at approximately 1:05 a.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered Jenkins, who had suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
