Herbert Bendy III, a 47-year-old African American man from Beaumont, Texas, tragically passed away on July 4, 2021. He was involved in an ongoing disturbance with Bryant Keith Thomas, a 36-year-old Beaumont man, at the Excellent Car Wash in the 5000 block of Haden.
